What this site is, and what it is not
- It is general information about our services, not professional advice. Nothing here is a legal, tax, insurance or compliance opinion about your environment.
- Prices and ranges are indicative starting points, not quotations. A price becomes binding only in a signed agreement.
- Response times, restore-test frequencies and onboarding windows describe commitments we make to clients under contract. For a new enquiry they are targets, not a promise to a visitor.
- Figures in case studies come from real engagements with client names withheld under NDA. They are not a guarantee that another client sees the same numbers.
- Statements about SOC 2, HIPAA, CMMC 2.0, PCI DSS 4.0, GDPR, NIS2 and DORA describe readiness work and audit support we provide. We do not certify a client's compliance for them, and no page here should be read as a certification of your business.
No engagement starts from browsing
Reading the site, downloading a guide, messaging us on WhatsApp or filling in the enquiry form does not create an engagement or a duty of care. A client relationship begins when both sides sign an agreement, and our obligations are defined by that document.
Liability
We check the content of this site and correct errors when we are told about them, but we do not warrant that every figure, date, vendor statement or availability claim is current or free of error.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site. That exclusion does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Where we link to another website, that site is the responsibility of its owner. We check links when we publish them and had no knowledge of unlawful content at the time of linking. Tell us and we will remove a link promptly.
