Managed IT Pricing: How It Works and What's Included

Managed IT is priced per user or device, so you pay for the environment we actually run. Most small and mid-sized clients pay between US$1,500 and US$8,000 a month, depending on headcount, compliance needs and on-site requirements. Your free 60-minute review ends with a scoped quote, not a guess.

What's included in managed IT

  • 24/7 monitoring of devices, servers, network and cloud services
  • Helpdesk triage and remote support for your users
  • Patch management on an agreed schedule
  • Device lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Identity and access management for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • Backups with a documented live restore test every quarter
  • Monthly reporting on SLA attainment, tickets, patching, backups and open risks
  • A named engineer and account lead, with a quarterly business review

What's quoted separately

Every proposal lists exactly what is in and out of scope.

  • Projects such as migrations, office moves, network refreshes and Microsoft 365 security reviews
  • Compliance readiness programmes
  • Hardware purchases and third-party software licences, unless your proposal states otherwise

Pricing for offices outside the US

Offices in Europe use the same per-user or per-device model and the same SLA as US offices. On-site needs in each city are scoped into your proposal, based on the vetted local field partners we use there. See our service areas.

What happens after you sign: the first 30–45 days

  1. Weeks 1–2: Discovery. We map every user, device, licence and network component, and write your runbook.
  2. Weeks 3–5: Tooling and policies. Monitoring, device management, security policies and backups are rolled out in agreed change windows.
  3. Month 2 onwards: Steady state. Monthly reporting, a named engineer, and your first quarterly business review.
